Square Pharmaceuticals was expanding their manufacturing base and was looking to construct a state of the art pharmaceutical plant at EPZ Athi River in Machakos County of Kenya. As a pharma project the manufacturing area needed to be a clean room and comply with all statutory requirements for Pharma manufacturing. The construction team and consultants worked extensively with our team to zero down on the systems and products best suited for the pharmaceutical industry. With our extensive know how and access to a large knowledge base of experience and expertise this was a breeze. We used our clean room certified epoxy flooring, ESD / Anti static flooring And Polyurethane cementitious flooring systems. The facility was opened for operations in October of 2021.
Skoda Auto Volkswagen India Private Limited, India
Part of Volkswagen India 2.0 program. The Vw group set up a brand new state of the art engine shop and assembly expansion program.The total scope of the program was 1,90,000 Sq Ft. The Engine shop is one of the most advanced engine shops in the industry. We were chosen as the flooring partner for the project. The project was executed on a tight deadline. Even though the pandemic happened during the execution of the project. Our team worked effortlessly to overcome challenges and deliver while keeping everybody safe. We executed ESD/ anti static flooring and our clean room certified epoxy flooring. The facility was opened for operations in Dec of 2020.
