VORX’s industrial coating systems are engineered and practical solutions for the protection of steel against corrosion, fire, and chemicals. Ignoring security might lead to many issues with the structure’s visual appearance, structural degradation, and more chances of failure. Standard methods of protective coatings and quality maintenance will ensure long-time protection of steel structures and avoid repairs and decommissioning.

- Residential and industrial spaces
Acid Protection
VORX’s acid protection systems developed different applications for industries
- For secondary containment bunds
- For Industrial products
- For chimneys
- For chemical storage tanks
- For mining industries
Wall / Metal coatings
Metal corrosion is a method of deterioration that occurs under certain conditions. In general, when metals react with moisture and oxygen to produce various corrosion products. The exposure of iron to oxygen in the presence of water will lead to the formation of rust.
VORX offers different types of metal coatings for industries:
Paint Coating
We have engineered paints that provide areas of superior corrosion resistance for process equipment, metal structures, and chimneys. Our solutions are flexible to be engineered specifically for your requirements.
Tanks
Tank coatings protect tanks’ internal and external surfaces with various materials like alkaline chemical liquids, oil, and acidic and potable water. Our premium quality coating services can keep the content safe inside whatever you store in the tank.
We provide tank lining systems for several tanks – steel or concrete, crude oil, dry storage, and many more.
Solution For Concrete ETP / STP Tanks
Water tanks, STPs, and ETPs tend to be exposed to contaminants and chemicals. Our Membrane system with chemical-resistant coatings to protect the concrete from water ingress and harmful chemicals. We apply a waterproof layer to the concrete surface of water tanks, followed by a protective plaster and an optional food-grade or chemical-resistant epoxy coating. Coal tar is preferred system in STP/ETP tanks.
Services For Concrete ETP-STP Tanks
100% solids, high-build novolac or engineered epoxy for the protection of steel and concrete. It offers outstanding resistance to abrasion and is perfect for immersion service in potable water and wastewater environments.
Apt for interior steel and concrete
Our Engineered coatings are resistant to inorganic acids & alkalis, detergents, lubricating oils, solvents and salt solutions. They are not flammable and adhere to damp surfaces.
100% solid Novolac vinyl ester is a liner that exhibits the best resistance to aliphatic and aromatic organic solvents to concentrated organic and inorganic acids. It can deliver expected chemical resistance with a quick turnaround for service and high-temperature resistance.
Moreover, it is abrasion resistant and helps increase weather resistance. Novolac vinyl ester is preferred as a tank lining for steel and concrete tanks in processes where the concentration of chemicals is high.
Uses
VORX’s coatings are adaptable for the internal lining of storage tanks, vessels, and wastewater treatment tanks where acidic chemicals or hot media are to be placed or processed—highly suggested for power plants, pulp, and paper, chemical, petrochemicals, oil, gas industries and structural steelwork and many more.
Benefits
It can be applied by airless spray and multi-component airless spray, brush or trowel and used as a middle coat or top coat. It is known for its high impermeability to water, moisture, oxygen and other atmospheric weathering.
